<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing a drink bar associatively with a POS system in a store by adding a drink remaining amount detecting means 10 to the drink bar 2 installed in a large-scale restaurant or drink cafe. SOLUTION: Various drinks are stored in drink containers such as glass bottles and glass jars and a drink storage means such as a refrigerating showcase 21 and various drink remaining amount detecting means 10 are added to the drink storage means and detect indirect drink remaining amount data; and a drink managing means 11 manages and computes management data such as direct drink remaining amount data and drink consumption data according to the drink remaining amount data, manages and stores the management data in a data storage means 12, and also sends the management data out to a store server 3 through a private communication line 6.</p> |
