PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of aberration in the recording and/or reproducing technology of signals using proximity light. SOLUTION: The optical pickup 1 is equipped with an SIL 2 that is a part of the optical system, that is arranged closely to an optical disk 200, and that writes and/or reads signals for the optical disk 200 with incident light from a light source (optical fiber 10), and equipped with an astigmatism generating means 6 that generates astigmatism in the optical system of the optical pickup 1. The astigmatism generating means 6 is provided with a cylindrical lens 7 and a rotation adjusting means 8 that rotates the cylindrical lens 7 around the optical axis. |
