PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless link and its system that can switch incoming and outgoing signal lines with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the wireless link method that conducts 2-way communication with a time division duplex system where an incoming/outgoing signal is alternately transmitted, a power level of a signal line 2 connected to a wireless unit 1 is monitored, a signal line 3 used to transmit an incoming signal to the wireless unit 1 or the signal line 2 used to transmit an outgoing signal from the wireless unit 1 are selected and connected to an antenna 6 depending on the power level.
