PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which enables the unified automatic management of document data in client/server constitution, and the judgement and rearrangement of data importance accompanying it. SOLUTION: A document batch managing method includes a start confirmation procedure for confirming the start of a document managing server on a client PC, an application start restricting procedure which allows a document creating application to be started when the start of the document managing server is confirmed by the start confirmation procedure, a document moving procedure for moving document data created by the document creating application allowed to be started to the server, a document data storing procedure for storing the document data moved by the document moving procedure on the server, and a data erasing procedure for erasing the document data created by the application from the client PC when the application is ended. |
