PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system for distributing advertisement/information corresponding to the matching degree of classification by individual access areas to the network of a user and an area to which an advertisement/information sender is to transmit the advertisement information. SOLUTION: A user address acquirement means which automatically acquires the IP address of the user in real time, an address classification data base by individual areas, where a plurality of IP addresses are previously classified by individual areas, and a file classification data base designating a file to be transmitted in accordance with classification by individual areas from a plurality of files are installed. The classification of the areas is judged from the IP address of the user, which is acquired by the user address acquirement means by referring to the address classification data base by individual areas. The file corresponding to the classification is designated by the file classification data base and it is transmitted to the computer of the user. |
