SOLUTION: This low impedance highly efficiently amplifier 1A is connected to a low impedance isolator 3A. The amplifier 1A is provided with a plurality of amplifiers, a fundamental wave adjustment circuit and an output matching circuit 4A including a higher harmonic processing circuit arranged between the amplifier 107 on the last stage and the isolator 3A.
