PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane light-emitting display device that has enhanced light-emitting efficiency, uniform display brightness, and enhanced visual effect by using minimum number of LED light sources. SOLUTION: This device comprises an LED light source 1, light transmission plate 4 having a light incident surface 4a for receiving the light of the LED light source 1 and a light-emitting surface 4b for emitting the received light, a reflector 5 for enclosing at least a surface of the light transmission plate 4 except the light incident surface 4a and light-emitting surface 4b, and a display plate 7 mounted over the front surface of the light-emitting surface 4b of the light transmission plate 4 to display a desired pattern by transmitting the light from the light-emitting surface 4b through the entire region.
