<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impartially assign a frequency band, between classes whose band is ensured and classes whose band it not ensured. SOLUTION: In the case that a packet is sent from a node 1-1 to a node 1-4, the packet scheduling algorithm assigns a frequency band that is weighted and calculated according to an expression below classes, whose frequency band is ensured and classes whose frequency band is not ensured: weight=(bCx+Bexcess/n)/Ball, where bCx is a frequency band assigned to a class Cx, Bexcess is an excess band which is not assigned to any of the classes, and Ball is entire frequency bands which has 'Borrowable attribute' and which can be utilized by the entire classes.</p> |
