PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ratchet wrench comprising a rotatable head capable of being surely fixed to a handle at a desired angular position. SOLUTION: A motive power driving-type ratchet wrench 21 has a handle 23 for gripping the wrench, and a head 25 rotatably connected to the handle and rotating around a pivot shaft relatively to the handle. A fixing mechanism 101 having a pivot assembly 100, rotatably connects the head to the handle. The fixing mechanism allows the head to be located at an angular position selected around the pivot shaft Xp with respect to the handle. Further the fixing mechanism is operated between an adjusting mode capable of changing the angular position of the head to the handle and a fixing mode for fixing the head to the handle at a certain angular position. The fixing mechanism is rotatable around a shaft crossing the handle between the adjusting mode and the fixing mode.
