PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational casting method and a rotational casting apparatus capable of improving the productivity when used in the mass production. SOLUTION: In the rotational casting method in which a mold (23) is assembled on a substrate (22), the finished mold (23) is rotated by about 180 deg. around the horizontal axis of rotation, a casting container which is removed from the mold and provided with an opening end (46) positioned thereabove is filled with a molten stuff (54) for one casting lot, a casting container (43) is sealed to and coupled with an in-gate end part (36) of the opening end (46), and the mold (23) is rotated by about 180 deg. around the horizontal axis of rotation together with the casting container (43) in contact therewith. As a result, the molten stuff (54) reaches the mold (23), and the casting container (43) is removed from the position of the mold (23).
