PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed organic matter drying apparatus and a high-speed organic matter burning apparatus both capable of decreasing the organic matters to about 1/50 to 1/20 by volume within an short time with a slight quantity of energy without generating dioxins. SOLUTION: The drying treatment apparatus and the burning treatment apparatus respectively comprise a double cylindrical housing body 1 to be loaded with drying a variety of organic matters and dry them at a high speed and a double cylindrical transportation apparatus 2 of a screw conveyer 13 type for transporting the organic matters from the lower side to the upper side in the housing body 1. The housing body 1 is provided with a high speed drying apparatus (a high speed burning apparatus) 5 for sending hot air (flames) to the space between the double cylinders and has a plurality of ventilation holes 100A in the inner cylinder 1A side of the double cylinders. The transportation apparatus 2 is provided with a high speed drying apparatus (a high speed burning apparatus) 35 for sending hot air (flames) to the space between double cylinders of a double cylindrical transportation cylinder 10 attached to the housing body 1 and has a plurality of ventilation holes 100B in the outer cylinder 10B side of the double cylinders.
