PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a prior art pocket pager that a radio call signal may not be received even in a service area when the pocket pager is used in a vehicle because the metal body of an automobile shields an incoming radio wave to cause significant attenuation in addition to fading or city noise, and to provide a pocket pager holder for a vehicle, which secures the pocket pager surely in safety even during movement in the service area and improves drop of receiving rate by the pocket pager in a vehicle. SOLUTION: The pocket pager holder comprises a holder unit containing a pocket pager having a transmission antenna, and a high frequency unit having a receiving antenna and a low noise amplifier. The high frequency unit amplifies a radio call signal received at the receiving antenna through a low noise amplifier and supplies the amplified signal to the holder unit. The holder unit transmits the radio call signal supplied from the low noise amplifier from the transmission antenna.
