<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for restricting the existence of mold and various germs by drying an indoor unit in a short time while suppressing the rise of an indoor temperature at finishing cooling operation. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a boxed boy 11 of the indoor unit 1 having an air inlet 12 and an air outlet 13a at the upper and lower parts, respectively, an indoor fan 3 installed in the boxed body 11 for blowing indoor air through the air inlet 12 out of the air outlet 13a, an indoor heat exchanger 2 installed on the suction side of the indoor fan 3, and a blowout louver 131 for opening/closing the air outlet 13a. A bypass line 150 is formed in the boxed body 11 for communicating a suction side 12a of the indoor heat exchanger 2 with a blowout side 13 of the indoor fan 3. An opening/closing plate 150 is provided for opening/closing the bypass line 150. A control device is provided for controlling the air outlet 13a to be closed by the blowout louver 131, the bypass line 150 to be opened by the opening/closing plate 152 and the indoor fan 3 to be operated at finishing the cooling operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
