<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive game program, game apparatus and recording medium which enable even unskilled persons to enjoy the games by utilizing a navigation system, a personal computer, a telephone set or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A point scoring decision means which determines the scoring of the points used in the games based on the transfer distance of the moving objects, the service time of the personal computers or the Internet, the conversation time in the telephone or the like is provided to enable the conversion of the transfer distance of the moving objects or the like into a virtual cash used in the games.
