<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enjoy Karaoke music by processing reproduced audio data on a DVD audio disk recorded with high quality on a multi-channel. <P>SOLUTION: Audio data reproduced from a DVD audio disk by a disk-reproducing section are decoded by an audio-reproducing section, demodulated, then descrambled by a descrambler, deformatted by a DVD audio deformatting processing section and separated into the front left, central, front right, rear left and rear right audio data, and these audio data are inputted to a mixer. When a user switches over a switch SW to a (b) side and performs a mix instruction, the front-right audio data and audio data of a singer inputted from an A/D conversion section are mixed by a mixing circuit to become the audio data of two channels and outputted from output terminals 33, 34.
