A system for remotely managing a machine through the Internet is provided to enable a remote engineer to check/diagnose a hardware part of a user machine and directly modify a software part embedded in an FA(Factory Automation) computer without any hacking risk by remotely controlling the FA computer connected to the user machine in a remote computer of a manufacturer. The remote computer integrally manages the machines sold from the manufacturer, and is equipped with a diagnosis system, a monitoring system, and a program control/recovery system for the sold machines. The FA computer directly controls the sold machines in a site, and is equipped with an operation program and the monitoring system. The system sets a local server for networking the remote computer and the FA computer through the network, includes a remote support program and a remote computer connection/operation program, and configures a multi-firewall.
