COLOR FILTER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INKJET PRINTING WITH JET TIME SCHEDULE OF HEADS

A color filter manufacturing apparatus and a method for inkjet printing with a jet discharge schedule of heads are provided to reduce a required time and to use a head array semi-permanently by making the heads of the inkjet head array print according to a schedule for an ink discharge time. A color filter manufacturing apparatus for inkjet printing with a jet time schedule of heads includes a storage(510) to store a plurality of schedule data for ink discharge, a head driver(520) to generate ink jet controlling signals of respective heads corresponding to the plural schedule data, and a head array(530) having a plurality of heads to discharge ink drops on a predetermined time according to the corresponding ink jet controlling signals outputted from the head driver. The head array jets the ink drops through the plural heads arranged in the vertical direction of a color filter cell. The plural schedule data is determined by respective positions of the plural heads of the head array and positions of the ink drops discharged by the corresponding color filter cell on a glass substrate. Each of the color filter cells discharges ink drops more than five ink drops.
