A solar cell generator is provided to acquire the maximum solar energy by adjusting an angle of a solar cell unit according to a position of the sun. A solar cell unit(10) includes a silicon semiconductor plate to acquire electrical energy from solar energy. A solar position tracking unit(12) rotates the solar cell unit(10) by a sensor according to a position of the sun so that the solar cell unit(10) absorbs the solar energy maximally. A solar energy conversion unit(14) converts the solar energy absorbed from the solar cell unit(10) into the electrical energy. A voltage conversion unit(16) converts a DC current of the electrical energy converted in the solar energy conversion unit(14) into an AC current. A current control unit protects an overcurrent of an AC current which is converted in the voltage conversion unit(16). A charging unit stores a remaining current charged/discharged in the current control unit. A floating unit(22) locates the solar cell unit(10) and the solar position tracking unit(12) on an upper part of a panel, and has a floating pipe on a lower part of the panel to float on water. A generation unit enables the floating unit(12) to be moved by the current. A fixing unit enables the floating unit to be fixed by the water flow.
