PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink discharging unit attaching and detaching device onto which a plurality of ink discharging head are mounted by which the moving and positioning precision of the ink discharging unit is not deteriorated and the footprint of the device itself is not enlarged uselessly and an ink discharging unit having the same. SOLUTION: The ink discharging unit attaching and detaching device onto which the plurality of ink discharging head are mounted has a counter for mounting the ink discharging unit mounted as a part of a movable maintenance unit for carrying out the maintenance of the ink discharging head and the height adjusting means of the counter.
