PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a targeting property of a treatment appliance guided from a treatment appliance guide outlet provided at a distal hard portion to a treatment site without performing position adjustment of an insertion section. SOLUTION: A support block 20 is provided at the distal hard portion 2c, a treatment appliance guide member 21 whose surface is defined as a guide face 21a of the treatment appliance is rotated around the axis of a rotating shaft 25 provided on an operation plate 24 or swing the operation plate 24 in the right/left to adjust the direction in the Y direction or X direction respectively, and the treatment appliance guide member 21 is provided with a control cable 30 operated by an operation lever 47 provided in a body operation section 1 for displacing to the Y direction, and two control cables 31 and 32 operated by an operation lever 48 for displacing to the X direction.
