PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent element having a honeycomb structure capable of suppressing the occurrence of an offensive smell, and a humidity conditioning air conditioner enabling dehumidification and humidification without producing the offensive smell. SOLUTION: The adsorbent element is constituted by fixing an adsorbent material to a honeycomb body by a binder. The adsorbent material comprises zeolite, silica or alumina synthesized without using an organic template. The amount of carbon atoms in the adsorbent element is 0.12 wt.% or below by weight of the adsorbent element. The humidity conditioning air conditioner is constituted using the adsorbent element.
