摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a centrifugal separator which can stably bear high speed rotation and is made of a fiber-reinforced resin by integral molding. SOLUTION: In a method for integrally molding the rotor for the centrifugal separator which is composed of a peripheral side wall part, a bottom part, and a central boss part, a prepreg made of a unidirectionally arranged fiber-reinforced material with reinforcing fibers oriented in the circumferential direction is used for the peripheral side wall part. A laminate of a plurality of doughnut-shaped fiber-reinforced resin sheets which are laminated so that the orientation directions of the reinforcing fibers are shifted at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction around a rotary shaft to make pseudo-isotropism is used for the bottom part. The joint between them is cut to be rather large while part or the whole of a laminated molding of the doughnut-shaped fiber-reinforced resin sheets composing the bottom part is extended on the peripheral side in the radius direction from the bottom part. A plurality of notches are formed at approximately equal intervals in the extended part. The extended part with the notches formed is arranged to overlap the lower part of the peripheral side wall part and molded to constitute the integral molding method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
