PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of obtaining stronger drive force by connection of levers. SOLUTION: Force in the arrow direction is applied to a pedal 15 of a lever 1 at a first stage. The force is transmitted to levers 3, 4 and to levers 6, 8 at a second stage, so as to operate a rotating rod 11 of a pulley 12 connected to a tip 10 of a lever rod 9 to rotate the pulley 12.
