<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photographic equipment capturing eye images of both the subject's eyes which suppresses reflection of eyeglasses or shadow generated on the profile of hard contact lenses when the subject wears eyeglasses or hard contact lenses. <P>SOLUTION: The photographic equipment 1 comprises cameras 16 and 17 for capturing the right and left eyes 72 and 71 of the subject respectively, light sources 11-14 for illuminating the right and left eyes 72 and 71, an illumination control section 15 for controlling turning on of the light sources 11-14, an eye position judgment section 33 for determining whether the position of the eyes falls within a photography range or not on the basis of captured images outputted from the cameras 16 and 17 and photography distance outputted from a distance measurement section 32, an image judgment section 18 for judging image quality of the eye images, a storing section 19 for storing the eye images of both the eyes, and a transmission section 20 for sending the stored eye images to an authentication section 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
