PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management apparatus for more accurately managing the moving pattern of a worker by considering working hours.

SOLUTION: A worker specifying part 22 specifies a worker corresponding to detection information received from a worker detection device 3, and a time acquisition part 23 specifies the start time and end time of detecting the presence of the worker in a process corresponding to the detection information. A moving pattern specifying part 24 specifies a stay time showing a time that the worker stays in the process, and generates a moving pattern including the stay time. An abnormal movement detection part 25 uses the comparison result of the stay time included in the information of the moving pattern with the stay time included in the information of a standard moving pattern as one criterion for determining whether or not any abnormal moving pattern has occurred.
