<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable dehumidifier which uses a heat pump 105 and a desiccant rotor 108, realizes a high efficiency of heating in a heating means 109 and effectively dehumidifies. <P>SOLUTION: In the dehumidifier and heating air in a room by released heat by a radiator 102 and by a heating means 109, humidifying it by releasing the moisture in a moisture-releasing region 107, absorbing heat in an absorbing heat device 104 and removing moisture by absorbing the moisture in a moisture-absorbing region 106, the heating means 109 is constituted of a heat generating part 15 and a box body 17 housing the heat generating part 15, a cover part 18 covering the box body 17 and opening an air intake 23 toward the moisture-releasing region 107 of the desiccant rotor 108. The distribution of an air velocity inside the heating means 109 is improved by installing a plurality of air intakes 22 in the box body 17, the high efficiency of heating is realized in the heating means 109 and the moisture-releasing region 107 is uniformly heated.
