<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a consistent system which allows incineration ash, especially paper sludge incineration ash, recovered in wastewater treatment with an activated sludge treatment system to be reused as a raw material for paper manufacture, more specifically, allows (a) yielding dewatered sludge cakes containing phosphorus components, (b) yielding high white paper sludge incineration ash by incinerating the yielded dewatered sludge cakes by a proper method, and (c) realizing a reasonable suppression of reprocessing cost, thereby subsequently allowing the yield of a reclaimed raw material by grinding/classification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: Phosphoric acid or a phosphate compound is added to recovered sludge containing activated sludge to yield the dewatered sludge cakes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
