<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element driving apparatus capable of reducing the number of row terminals and column terminals for the number of light emitting elements, miniaturizing a controller and reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting element driving apparatus is provided with the row terminals 11 and the column terminals 12 arranged in the matrix shape of multiple rows and multiple columns. One set of the row terminal 11 and the column terminal 12 are provided with a first light emitting element 51 and a second light emitting element 52 in parallel by connecting an anode to the row terminal and a cathode to the column terminal for one of them and connecting an anode to the column terminal and cathode to the row terminal inversely for the other. The column terminal 12 is provided with a transistor 13 to be connected and shut off to/from a first power source 41, the row terminal 11 is provided with a bidirectional driver 31 to be selectively connected to a second power source 42 and the ground GND, and the second power source 42 is set to a higher potential than the first power source 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
