A pallet panel fixing apparatus for transferring and inspecting a display panel is provided to fix movement by its own weight of a fixing disc, apply pins using a roller type to a disc guide, and use a 2T disc where aluminum anodizing of material is performed, thereby preventing the display panel from being locked, damaged and polluted by dusts according as the display panel is smoothly inserted and withdrawn, and minimizing its weight. Fixing discs(4,4') are inserted into upper and lower horizontal shafts between a couple of panel cradle blocks. Roll type fixing disc original location limit pins(7,7') are formed in upper and lower parts of the front of the fixing disc, and guide the fixing disc to be returned to an original location through its own weight when withdrawing a display panel. Roll-type disc backing location limit pins(6,6',8,8') are formed in upper and lower parts of the rear of the fixing disc, and guide the fixing disc to be pushed backwards when inserting the display panel. Roll-type panel insertion roller guides(7,7') are formed in an upper part of the front of the fixing disc, and rolled when the display panel is inserted in the roll type. Disc roller guides are formed front, rear, upper and lower sides of the fixing disc, and rolls the fixing disc when inserting and removing the display panel in the roll type. |
