<p>A street lamp using a solar cell is provided to reduce power consumption by using an LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp and to reduce a replacement cost of the LED lamp by extending a lifetime of the LED lamp. A charge control unit(114) charges a battery(116) with electricity inputted from a solar cell(112) and outputs DC power of the solar cell or the battery. A DC-DC converter(118) converts the DC power of the charge control unit into DC power required in a street lamp. A power control circuit unit(120) controls the DC-DC converter according to an on/off signal inputted from the outside and outputs a control signal for turning off the DC power to the DC-DC converter when detecting an abnormal temperature. An optical power unit(140) is molded with epoxy by combining a white high power LED and a yellow high power LED turned on according to driving power at a ratio of 5:5. An optical power detection unit(150) detects an optical power state of the optical power unit. A temperature detection unit(160) detects a temperature of the optical power unit and an ambient temperature. An optical power control unit(130) controls optical power of the optical power unit.</p> |
