A portable Karaoke system for providing an original sound Karaoke service and a method thereof are provided to offer a different song file according to a mood wanted by a user, and make the user feel vividness, presence, and a clear sound by providing an original sound file. A recording system(300) records/provides original sounds of various kinds of instruments and an original chorus sound by each song. A song file providing server(200) stores an original instrumental sound, an original choral sound, a background moving picture, and words of each song title, generates a song file by mixing the original instrumental and choral sounds of the song title, which is selected by a user connected through the network, and provides the song file by including the background moving picture and the words corresponding to the selected song title. A plurality of Karaoke devices(100-1 to 100-n) transmit authentication information by connecting to the song file providing server, enable the user to select the song title, the instruments and the chorus, and provide an original sound Karaoke service to the user by receiving the song file from the song file providing server. |
