PURPOSE: A multi-functional electronic slot machine and an Internet game method are provided to open the number of rotation of a reel and confirm the number of reel rotation in an executing player for providing a game in which the player enters the game actively. CONSTITUTION: A player is safely received in a position changed by the rotation of movement of a reel according to an indicated input count, calls a corresponding display picture, enter a game board, and confirms the called display picture. Two random numbers or more are provided in case of generating the random for executing a game so that the player selects, execute, and uses random codes. A reel of a fixed display picture and a reel of a floated display picture are mixedly executed.
