PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and device for obtaining a high-resolution image from low-resolution real images of a plurality of frames, by combining the low-resolution real images of the plurality of frames having the same pixel positions with respect to a subject to obtain a low-resolution real image of one frame. SOLUTION: In an input image weighting/adding section 47, weighting/adding processing is applied to low-resolution real images of a plurality of frames having the same pixel positions, to generate noise-suppressed low-resolution real images. The low-resolution real images of the plurality of frames obtained by processing in the input image weighting/adding section 47, are given to a super-resolution processing section 48, thereby obtaining a high-resolution image.
