PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving blade (2) to be mounted on a disk (44). SOLUTION: The moving blade includes a moving blade platform (42) and a moving blade base (4) extended from the moving blade platform (42). The moving blade base (4) includes first, second and third hooks (8, 12, 16) and first, second and third necks (6, 10, 14). The hooks include contact surfaces (18, 22, 26) and non-contact surfaces (20, 24, 28).
