<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally avoid interference in a natural operation flow, and to efficiently operate, without giving unpleasant feeling to passengers when the interference is generated between cars. <P>SOLUTION: When the cars in the same shaft interfere, a landing call detecting portion 25 detects a landing call satisfying a predetermined condition. When such a landing call is detected and an interference avoiding car requiring interference avoiding action is full of passengers, an additional allocation controlling portion 26 additionally allocating the landing call to the interference avoiding car. Therefore, the interference avoiding car can be temporary stopped at a floor on which a user waiting for an elevator exists to avoid the interference.
