A bulletin contents information output method and a device thereof on a panel which bulletin contents is adhered to are provided to supply information related to the inserted bulletin contents and attach the panel efficiently. If a radio recognition tag is inserted or attached on a panel, a recognition unit(30) recognizes the radio frequency identification tag and transmits the recognition information to a control unit(60). The information about the notice material stored in q memory(40) is outputted through an output unit(70). An input unit(50) is selected the constant area of the read-out notice material through the recognition part from a user. |
