PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump which can be made small-sized for electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a CPU 4 as an example of a heat generating component, a heat absorption part 5 which is joined with the CPU 4, a liquid circulation path 7 which is connected to the liquid exit 5a and liquid entrance 5b of the liquid circulation path 5b, and a heat radiation part 6 and a pump 8 which are interposed in the liquid circulation path. The pump 8 has a diaphragm 11, a piezoelectric element 12 which is provided on one surface side of the diaphragm 11, and a pump chamber 13 which is provided on the other surface side of the diaphragm 11. The pump chamber 13 is provided with a liquid intake 13b and a liquid outlet 13c, one of which is opened and closed on the other surface side of the diaphragm 11. |
