PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple bagged pickling bed capable of utilizing miso, sake lees, etc., which are traditional basic seasoning materials in Japan, as pickling materials and obtaining the pickled food of a meat, fish, vegetable, etc., simply in a home for one's preference. SOLUTION: This simple bagged bed for pickling is obtained by packing a pickling material in a bag of which outside is formed with a transparent airtight synthetic resin sheet, and of which inside is formed with a fine porous low moisture-absorbing synthetic resin sheet having approximately 50-10 μrange pore diameter and approximately 20-5% passage pore surface area value, having a free longitudinal and width length. |
