SOLUTION: When a fryer 6 is placed on the line of food production and cooking food 2 successively carried in the production line undergoes cooked process, respective warning ranges regarding the weight of cooking food, fryer oil temperature, the cooking time of cooking food in the fryer and the central part temperature of cooked food after cooked process are preset on every item where a food material for and the weight of the food to be cooked in the production line are joined together, and the weight of cooking food flowing in the production line, fryer oil temperature, the cooking time of cooking food in the fryer and the central part temperature of cooked food after cooked process are measured and a warning is outputted when the respective measured values depart from the warning ranges. |
