摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new packaging technology suppressing a production cost, retaining freshness while withstanding long-distance transportation and display selling, eliminating labor of opening and seasoning, and contributing to reduction of dusts.SOLUTION: A packed food product is obtained by storing in a transparent selling container 1, soup stock soaked processed vegetables 2 made by soaking ingredients comprising appropriately processed vegetables in a soup stock liquid, and storing an appropriate amount of a thickening type sauce part 3 having a viscosity higher than that of the soup stock liquid part, in the upper part of the soup stock soaked processed vegetables 2 in the selling container 1 followed by putting into a sealed state. Furthermore, the packed food product is such that a viscosity of the thickening type sauce is made higher than that of a soup stock liquid in a soup stock soaked processed vegetable 2 part, and is set to a value so as to inhibit a mixed and diffused state of the soup stock liquid part and the thickening type sauce part until receiving compulsory agitation action.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
