The present invention relates to a motion chair having a motion footboard capable of providing special effects, and more specifically, to a motion chair capable of providing realistic special effects by providing special effects not only to a body but also to feet by linking special effects provided by a footboard with special effects of a motion chair. A motion chair according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a footboard frame; at least one foot plate formed in a lower part of the foot frame to make a motion in at least one direction; and a motion driving unit to control a motion of the foot plate.
