PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritional supplement which is safe and effective for user's health and/or beauty, in particular, for diet. SOLUTION: This nutritional supplement is such as to consist mainly of vitamin C and chromium, and capable of suppressing such potentiality of chromium as to cause skin disorders by its progressed oxidation, through combining the chromium having the function of positively promoting consumption of glucose contained in blood by muscle cells to suppress synthesis of fatty acids, with vitamin C which has strong antioxidative action.
