PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which can reduce a circuit scale and reduce a trimming time while securing necessary precision of trimming, a head unit, a capacitive load driving integrated circuit device, a capacitive load driving circuit and a manufacturing method for a liquid discharge device.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device 1 comprises: an original driving signal generating portion (DAC511) that generates an original driving signal on the basis of a source signal; driving signal generating portions (a modulating part 510, a gate driver 520 and an output circuit 550) that generate a driving signal on the basis of the original driving signal; a reference voltage generating portion 580 that generates a first reference voltage DAC_HV and a second reference voltage DAC_LV adjusted based on an adjustment signal and supplies the voltages to the original driving signal generating portion; a piezoelectric element 60 that is applied with the driving signal to be displaced; a cavity 631 whose inside volume varies; and a nozzle that discharges liquid in the cavity as liquid droplets. An adjusted resolution of the first reference voltage is lower than an adjusted resolution of the second reference voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
