PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cubic scandia-stabilized zirconia film which is prevented from lowering in strength even when exposed to a hydrothermal degradation environment, and to provide a single cell for a solid oxide-type fuel cell comprising the cubic scandia-stabilized zirconia film and is prevented from lowering in strength by hydrothermal degradation.SOLUTION: A cubic scandia-stabilized zirconia film comprises scandia in a content of 8 mol% or more and 12 mol% or less, and ceria in a content of 0.5 mol% or more and 2.5 mol% or less. When the film is kept under a hydrothermal condition of a temperature of 180°C and a pressure of 10 atm for 200 hours, a rate of change before and after the treatment in peak areas of (200) face derived from a cubic crystal is 1.0% or less as measured by X-ray diffractometry.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
