Immunotherapeutic method involving CD123 (IL-3Ralpha) antibodies and immunostimulating complex

A method for the treatment of a condition which is characterized by CD 123- expressing cells in a patient comprises administering to the patient (i) an antibody or antibody fragment which binds selectively to IL-3Rα(CD 123), and (ii) an immunostimulating complex which comprises saponin, a sterol and a phospholipid.
