Disclosed is an apparatus of growing single crystals. The apparatus of growing single crystals comprises: a reaction container; a raw material storage apparatus disposed on an upper portion of the reaction container; a seed fixation apparatus disposed on a lower portion of the reaction container; an adjustment apparatus disposed between the raw material storage apparatus and the seed fixation apparatus and connected respectively to the same; a first heater covering at least a part of the upper portion of the reaction container; a second heater covering at least a part of the lower portion of the reaction container; and a third heater arranged on a lower end of the reaction container. The apparatus of growing single crystals has effects of: improving the quality of the grown single crystals; and increasing the growth rate of the crystals by enhancing temperature uniformity of the inside of the seed fixation apparatus in which crystals are growing. |
