The present invention relates to a photocurable adhesive composition, and a shatter-proof film using the same. The photocurable adhesive composition comprises a partially polymerized acrylic resin, and a crosslinkable monomer. An adhesive layer can be formed on a substrate by photocuring the adhesive composition of the present invention, thereby introducing an environment-friendly and cost-efficient process.
