PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball excellent in a carry performance.SOLUTION: A golf ball includes a large number of dimples 10 on its surface. The dimples 10 includes a plurality of small dimples 10S with an area less than 8.0 mm, and a plurality of large dimples 10L with an area of 8.0 mmor more. The ratio PS of a total area of the small dimples 10S to a surface area of a virtual ball of the golf ball is less than 2.0%. The ratio PL of a total area of the large dimples 10L to the surface area of the virtual ball is 79.0% or more. A uniformity degree G of the area of the large dimples 10L is 1.15 or less. The depth from the surface of the virtual ball at a deepest part of the respective dimples 10 is 0.10-0.65 mm. The total volume of the dimples 10 is 450-750 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
