摘要 The method involves scanning a sample by linear lighting. The lighting of the sample is periodically structured at a focus in a spatial direction. Light from the sample is detected, and images of the sample are produced. An optical sectional image is calculated from the images, and an image with increased dissolution is computed by the sample. Image acquisition and tomogram charging are provided under the change of an orientation of the linear lighting to the sample. Imaging and sectional image computation are enabled with different angles of rotation. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for optically sensing a sample with a large depth of field.
