A network of websites includes a master website and a plurality of individual websites for a corresponding plurality of retailers. The enhancement component includes information applicable to particular items available for purchase. This information may be generally applicable and provided by the owner of the master wesbsite. An individual retailer can alter the information, add to it, or completely replace it, as desired. This enables the tailoring of the information to the particular location of the retailer.
